Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your product. We are unable to accept return requests made after this window has closed, so please inspect your order carefully upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is an issue.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition. All original packaging, wrapping, and accompanying accessories must be intact. Products that have been installed, used, or returned without their original packaging will not be accepted for a return or refund under any circumstances.

Refund Process

Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund. Products that have been used or installed. Products returned without original packaging. Products returned after the 24-hour return window. Products that have been damaged after delivery due to improper handling or installation.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer in all standard return cases. If the product you received is defective, faulty, or different from what you ordered, Uno Hardware will cover the full cost of the return shipment. Please do not send any item back before contacting our team first.
